Here is my plan.
Step 1: Have Undiscovered Origins professionally edited and put up on Amazon as a self published book.
Step 2: Take proceedings from this as I build popularity on kindle market, to aside to account.
Step 3: Use earnnings to fund my novella, and prequel to my main series, The Chronicles of Starlyn to have it professionally edited and put up on Amazon next.
Since these are both relatively small projects, the cost to edit will be less. Undiscovered Origins is 70,000 words, and The Chronicles of Starlyn is 44,000 words.
Step 4: Take the earnings from both Starlyn and Undiscovered Origins to fund editing "The Crimson Claymore"
Since The Crimson Claymore is 119,000 words, it will cost the most to have edited, and I hope to use two incomes of ebooks towards doing that. It shouldn't be long between Undiscovered Origins and The Chronicles of Starlyn, but it may take a while for money to build up enough to face the large fee to get my main project on the road.
This is all considered if I don't get representation by then, my hopes aren't high after over 50 rejections. I've really run out of people to send my work to, the Fantasy market isn't large on agents. It looks like I will have to try and make it on my own for now, with hopes to get back to traditionally published later. I am thankful for my large fan base on Wattpad, and hope to bring you over to Amazon with my published work where you will be able to officially support me as an author.
Best wishes to everybody for a grand New Year!
